Terms and Conditions — 66pk Betting Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 66pk platform — including the website, mobile interface, betting markets, casino, bingo, promotions or any other service offered under the 66pk brand — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using 66pk immediately. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend checking this page periodically so you stay informed of any changes.

These Terms apply to all users of 66pk regardless of how they access the platform, whether through a browser on desktop, a mobile browser or any future 66pk application. All use of 66pk is subject to these Terms alongside any additional rules specific to particular products or promotions, which will be published on the relevant product or promotions page.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must meet all of the following conditions to use 66pk:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 66pk is strictly an adult platform and is not intended for anyone under 18. We take age verification seriously and reserve the right to request proof of age from any user at any time.
• You must be using the platform for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be acting in any professional betting capacity that would give you access to privileged information about the outcome of any event listed on 66pk.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are unsure whether you meet this requirement, do not create an account.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from 66pk for any reason, including self-exclusion under our responsible gaming programme.

66pk reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks at any point. Where verification documents are requested, the account may be restricted until the information is provided and reviewed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on 66pk. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If we detect that a user holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment details or the same device — all accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately to resolve it.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address and contact details. Providing false information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your 66pk account. This includes:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with anyone.
• Ensuring no unauthorised person has access to your device or account.
• Logging out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notifying 66pk support promptly if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

66pk will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from 66pk and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

All bets placed and transactions made through your account — whether by you or by someone using your credentials — are your responsibility. 66pk accepts no liability for losses that result from unauthorised access where reasonable security measures were not taken by the account holder.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All account balances on 66pk are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — instant deposits and withdrawals via mobile wallet
• Easypaisa — fast mobile wallet transfers
• Raast — instant interbank transfer
• Bank Transfer — all major Pakistani banks supported
• Debit and Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard
• Mobile Wallets — other supported digital payment services

Deposits are credited to your 66pk account as soon as they are confirmed by the payment processor. 66pk does not charge fees on deposits, but your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — these are outside our control.

Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within a few hours. Bank transfers and Raast may take longer depending on banking processing times. First-time withdrawals require identity verification — once that step is complete, future withdrawals proceed without additional checks.

66pk reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly where there is a significant disparity between deposit amounts and withdrawal requests. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and is not intended to delay legitimate withdrawals.

Funds deposited into your 66pk account must be used for betting and gaming. Depositing funds and withdrawing them without placing any bets may be treated as money cycling and the account may be reviewed accordingly.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 66pk are subject to the following general rules. Additional sport-specific and market-specific rules may apply and will be published within the relevant bet type or market description.

• The minimum bet on 66pk is PKR 10. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the point of placing your bet.
• Once a bet has been confirmed by 66pk, it cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed by the user — except where a cash out option is available and exercised before the event concludes.
• Odds are correct at the time the bet is accepted. In live betting, odds change continuously and the price you receive is the price at the moment your bet is confirmed — not the price displayed when you began the process.
• 66pk reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error in the odds display, a data feed error or circumstances that would make it unreasonable to honour the bet at the listed price.
• If an event is postponed or abandoned before a result can be determined, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules apply depending on the sport and how far into the event the abandonment occurred — these are detailed in the sport-specific rules.
• In the case of accumulators, a voided selection is removed and the accumulator is settled at the revised odds of the remaining selections.
• Any bet found to have been placed using privileged or insider information — including by players, officials, team staff or anyone with non-public knowledge of the event's outcome — will be voided and the account will be suspended pending investigation.

66pk monitors betting patterns for unusual activity. Where a pattern is identified that suggests match fixing, insider information, arbitrage abuse or coordinated betting manipulation, 66pk reserves the right to void affected bets and refer the matter to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

66pk offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing users. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published on the Promot ions page alongside the relevant offer. General bonus rules are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to verified users only. Accounts that have not completed identity verification are not eligible to claim or use bonus funds.
• Each promotion is available once per user, per household and per device unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Always read those terms before claiming.
• 66pk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements or cancel a promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-way, existing bonus balances that have already been credited will be honoured under the original terms unless abuse is detected.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• In accumulator boost promotions, the enhanced odds portion of a payout is credited as bonus funds subject to a 1x wagering requirement, unless stated otherwise.
• 66pk may at its discretion exclude certain markets, bet types or sports from contributing to bonus wagering requirements. Details are listed per promotion.

7. Responsible Gaming

66pk is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Betting should be a form of entertainment — not a way to earn income or recover financial losses. We encourage all users to approach their betting activity with a clear budget, defined time limits and a healthy attitude toward both wins and losses.

The following tools are available to all 66pk users at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit to keep your spending within a budget you're comfortable with.
• Session Reminders: Enable time-based reminders so you stay aware of how long you've been betting in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from your account. During an exclusion period you will be unable to deposit, bet or access bonus offers. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during sessions to show you how long you've been active and how much you've wagered.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 66pk and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Creating more than one account or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using another person's identity, payment details or account credentials.
• Placing bets using funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment cards or compromised mobile wallets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting or bonus abuse that is designed to circumvent the spirit of promotional offers.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets, access promotions or interact with the platform in ways that are not available to regular users.
• Colluding with other users or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any event or to exploit in-play betting markets.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 66pk staff or other users through any communication channel.

66pk uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, affected bets will be voided, balances may be forfeited and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities where legal obligations apply.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

66pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment methods.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Patterns of betting behaviour that suggest abuse of promotions or market manipulation.
• A court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the user via their registered payment method. Where closure is due to a breach, funds may be withheld pending investigation and potential forfeiture.

Users who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. A closed account cannot be reopened — users wishing to return to 66pk must create a new account subject to all standard registration and verification requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 66pk's liability to any user is limited to the balance held in that user's verified account at the time of the claim. 66pk is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, business or revenue arising from any disruption to the platform.
• Delays in bet settlement, market suspension or temporary unavailability of any feature.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Decisions made by third-party payment processors including delays, rejections or technical failures.
• Interruptions to internet connectivity, mobile network availability or device performance that affect your ability to place or manage bets.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the 66pk platform, including odds, statistics, match previews or editorial content.

66pk makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary downtime. Where maintenance affects a live bet, affected bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport rules.

11. Privacy & Data

66pk collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using 66pk you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

• Your personal information is used to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity and comply with any legal obligations that apply to 66pk.
• 66pk does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
